Can I walk in and create a do-it-yourself terrarium?

Yes! DIY terrariums are available at all locations for walks-ins! Guests must arrive one hour before closing. DIY terrarium building closes early at 5pm on workshop nights in order to prep for workshops.

Where can I view PlantHouse's workshop schedule?

Click here to view our schedule and purchase tickets. Tickets are prepaid and include all materials but do not include snacks or beverages. Guests must be 12+ years of age (unless otherwise noted in workshop title) however guests under the age of 12 are welcome to our DIY workshop during regular store hours no appointment needed. No outside food or alcoholic beverages are permitted. However, we do have wine, beer, mimosas and non-alcoholic beverages available at our PlantBar and our Virginia Beach location offers light snacks. (Alcohol is currently not available at our Augusta, Waverly, Decatur or Virginia Beach stores.)

Can I make a reservation for walk-in DIY workshops?

Yes! You can view reservation availability by selecting your location here. A $25/person deposit is required to reserve spots at a shared table for DIY terrarium building. Guests of 8+ may receive a full table, pending availability. Deposits are deducted from your final bill at the time of checkout.

Do you offer to-go terrarium kits?

We offer to-go terrarium kits at all locations! Please call your nearest location to make arrangements. Large groups (9+ people) please call to inquire about availability. For large groups, orders may need to be placed 1 week in advance due to the nation-wide plant shortage.

Can I bring in a pot or plant from home to be potted?

Yes! You can bring in a plant or pot from home to be potted. All pots must be clean and plants must be pest-free.

What kind of plants do you sell?

We receive new plant inventory every week at each of our locations! You'll find everything from beginner house plants to rare plants and everything in between! Some plants you'll see at PlantHouse include philodendrons, snake plants, hoyas, spider plants, pothos, succulents, cacti, ZZ plant, and the list goes on! Contact your nearest PlantHouse to see if a specific plant is on our shelves!

Do you ship your products?

Yes! We currently ship outdoor plants. You can shop our full catalog here. Orders will ship within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be fulfilled the following business day.

What is your return policy?

Products must be returned within 10 days of purchase. We do not accept plant returns. However, if plants are damaged or diseased within 10 days of purchase you will be refunded back to the original card used. Receipt or card used must be present at the time of return. Cash purchases require a receipt to be present in order to issue a refund or process a return.

For online orders we do not accept plant returns or exchanges. If an order arrives damaged or a plant is damaged or diseased within 10 days of purchase please contact us at and you will be refunded.
